Fire Deperment Advice
If your house is not totally destroyd by the earthquake and can still live in your home, the refrigerator becomes your storage cupboard.
When there is no electricity supply, there is no refrigerating action but in winter-time, you can rely on your useal fridge stock for food for two to theree days before emergency aid arrives. You can melt the ice in your ice compartment and use it as drinking water. If possible,have a stock of mineral water in the fridge and use it in regular rotation. This will be useful in an emergency.
